Nabil is a first-generation, Puerto Rican business attorney with a specialty in highly regulated industries including cannabis, FDA labeling compliance, and healthcare.

Nabil helps clients from formation to exit and every step in between. He has assisted clients with commercial transactions, purchase and sale agreements, and company restructuring matters. On a regulatory front, he works with all cannabis licenses, including hemp cultivators and product manufacturers, in addition to hospitals and pharmacies in navigating state, local, and federal regulations.

Nabil leverages his connections with stakeholders in various states and industries to assist clients in identifying and capitalizing on critical business opportunities.

Before joining Holland & Hart, Nabil practiced as an associate at Greenspoon Marder LLP. He founded the first student National Cannabis Bar Association.
