Marialle A. Bell is the founding attorney of The Law Office of Marialle A. Bell, LLC. Her practice focuses on small business litigation and cannabis policy. Bell began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Orlando, Florida. As a criminal defense attorney, Bell represented hundreds of people accused of cannabis-related offenses and she witnessed the devastating effects of those convictions. Bell subsequently took her practice to the West Coast where she served as in-house litigation counsel for two Fortune 500 insurance companies. As in-house counsel, Bell defended several small businesses in civil disputes and she became familiar with the challenges small businesses face in their operations. Bell obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law. Bell is an active member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan Saint Louis’ Marijuana Law Committee and beginning in 2024, she will serve as the Chair of the International Cannabis Bar Association’s Ethics Committee. Bell is licensed to practice law in Missouri, California, Washington State and Florida. When Ms. Bell is not practicing law, she spends her time reading, running and traveling with her husband.
