As a Managing Partner and a Certified Public Accountant, I have over 15 years of experience in providing financial leadership and strategic guidance to emerging businesses in hyper-growth mode.
I specialize in helping start-ups and new companies navigate complex tax issues and optimize their financial performance across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
I recently completed my Masters Certification in International Taxation and Estates and Trusts from Golden Gate University, where I also obtained my Masters in Taxation.
This enables me to offer comprehensive and proactive tax and advisory services to our clients with overseas transactions and estate planning needs.
I am proud to serve as a Board Member of The Cannabis Chamber of Commerce, where I leverage my expertise and insights to support the growth and development of the cannabis industry.
And also a committee member of the INCBA's International Committee.
I'm proud to say I've been longstanding proponent of legalization of cannabis...long before it was popular to do so. I bring my whole heart into this industry. I'm determined to use my full skills set and expertise to help ensure it remains in the hands of the entrepreneurs and visionaries and legacy growers, after all weed is for the people!
