Niall is an Irish Barrister and member of the INCBA Advisory Board. A graduate of Maynooth University and the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin, Niall studied law at the Honorable Society of Kings Inns and was called to the Irish Bar in 1999 practising on the Dublin & Eastern Circuit in Civil, Employment and Criminal Law. His research field is Drug Policy Law Reform and Cannabis Regulation.
