Christian enjoys a diversified practice in intellectual property law. He leverages his practical experience and background in biochemistry to find dynamic, solution-oriented outcomes for his clients while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
Christian has experience in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation, as well as patent and trademark prosecution. He has represented clients in a variety of matters, including patent counseling for cannabis-related inventions, asserting and defending rights before the PTAB and TTAB, and large-scale district court litigation. He’s also worked with a variety of entities including graduate student start-ups and Fortune 500 companies—all of which place a premium on effective intellectual property strategy and creative problem solving.
Prior to joining Banner Witcoff, Christian worked as a law clerk at Anheuser Busch In-Bev, assisting in-house counsel on intellectual property, M&A, compliance, and litigation matters. He also previously worked for Saint Louis University’s Office of the General Counsel.
Christian graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and Occidental College.
