Transactional Attorney Daniel Dellafosse is a Bay Area native.  His primary practice areas include business, corporate, and regulatory compliance.  He has a deep understanding of the regulated cannabis industry in California, and has years of experience representing applicants, operators, and investors. Daniel has also represented equity applicants in San Francisco and Oakland.  

Daniel is the chair of the executive committee for the Cannabis and Hemp Law Section of the Alameda County Bar Association. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Omar Figueroa, Daniel had a solo practice and was a cohort at the Bay Area Legal Incubator (BALI), where he provided legal services to modest means clients who typically do not have affordable access to quality counsel.  

Daniel received his undergraduate degree in business administration from San Diego State University and earned his J.D. with honors from the University of San Francisco School of Law.  Before going to law school, he had a successful ten year career as a medical device sales representative.  During law school, Daniel was a judicial extern for the Honorable Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye of the California Supreme Court.  His time with the Chief Justice was the highlight of his time as a law student.
