Raised in Maine and a Bowdoin College and Maine Law graduate, I am an experienced and versatile attorney skilled in relationship building, communication, legal research, business writing, project execution, strategic thinking, and negotiation. I deeply understand legal systems, contracts, business law, real estate, risk management, compliance, and stakeholder relations. I value active listening, emotional understanding, humor, curiosity, and approachability. 

In my free time, I get down with practicing yoga, playing basketball (and all sports, really), traveling, news and politics, the New York Giants, the Boston Celtics, indie music, and cuttin' rugs on the dance floor.
 
As Founder & CEO of McCabe Law Group, I cultivated a deep understanding of running a small business, supervision and delegation, client relations, compliance, entity management, real estate law, business transactions, and strategic planning. 

As In-House Counsel at ReVision Energy, I was a lead negotiator, drafter, researcher, and advisor in renewable energy contracts, HR/IT, distributor agreements, and emerging public policy. 

At Maine Law, I graduated Cum Laude, was Articles Editor for the Maine Law Review, completed a fellowship for the Maine Association of Public Interest Law, was a pro bono service award winner, and excelled in advanced legal research and writing,

At Bowdoin, I was honored with the 2005 Lydia Bell Award for Public Service. I studied economics and theater and was heavily involved in improv comedy and performances, outing club adventures, and community service.
